The wired DB61i video doorbell delivers high quality images thanks to the 5 megapixel resolution. This video doorbell features two-way talk and quick response, ensuring you to see and answer to visitors from anywhere at any time in a practical way. Furthermore, the DB61i is IP65 certified to withstand any weather condition and features night vision for clear images even in pitch dark. Recordings can be saved locally via a SD card or NVR, but you can also opt for Cloud service.
Video resolution
The 5MP lens offers a great image quality to monitor your front door area, also at night thanks to the IR night vision mode. The H.265 image compression technique that is used ensures high-quality recordings and streams take up relatively little space and thus require less bandwidth. In this way, the available storage space and bandwidth can be used optimally. The Imou DB61i video doorbell features 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi connectivity for excellent Wi-Fi performance, enhancing the video streaming experience without any lag.
Two-way talk and quick response
The DB61i features a wide fish eye lens providing a head-to-toe view of every person in front of your door. You can listen and respond to visitors with the two-way talk function. Which is also handy when you have a parcel delivery that can be left by the door. In addition the DB61i has a quick response feature, making it possible to reply to visitors with pre-recorded messages. Thanks to the high-end motion sensor and smart AI algorithm the DB61i sends out real-time notifications when someone is detected. In the settings you are able to set the detection region to only focus on specific areas.
Chime
Imou DS21 chime is available as an additional accessory. The chime ensures you to hear the ring of the bell when you do not have your smart device at hand. The DS21 chime also functions as Wi-Fi extender to optimize the connectivity.
Installation
Download the Imou Life app (iOS, Android or Windows) and create an Imou account. After logging in, select the "+" sign at the top right of the Imou app to add a device. Scan the QR code on the doorbell and follow the steps in the app. Then select the WiFi network and make sure the device is close to the router during the installation process. The doorbell is ready for use in no time! For recording images, you can opt for the Imou Cloud service, but also for local storage by using a MicroSD card.
